Nordic Waste Management is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow our dumpster rental and commercial waste services in Norwood, MN and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue through consistent outreach and strong customer connections.
Sales Role
Sales Representative – Waste & Site Services
Nordic Waste Management is seeking a field-based sales role focused on growing dumpster rental and commercial waste services through strong relationships and consistent activity.
This is an outside sales role focused on generating leads, networking, and building brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through outreach and job site visits
Build relationships with contractors and property managers
Promote Nordic services in the field
Convert opportunities into revenue
Grow existing accounts
Participate in weekly sales meetings
Log and track leads and outreach
Primary Sales Focus
- Dumpster Services
- Commercial Waste Services
Secondary Focus
- Snow Removal Contracts
- Demolition / Excavation Services
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable in a field environment
- Sales or construction background preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Incentives for Growth and Profit
Total Compensation: $80,000 – $125,000+

During winter months, team members may also support Nordic Snow Management operations, assisting with:
